When you buy your furniture, we will give you an estimated delivery date. Our delivery team will contact you again nearer the time to arrange a day and time.

 

As some of our furniture is made to order please contact us to check delivery times. Our Premier Delivery Team plan their routes and then call to arrange the delivery day and time. If the date given is not acceptable they will reorganise the delivery date when next in your area. This will obviously cause a delay.

 

We do everything we can to keep delivery costs down, and as such the delivery company will usually deliver to a particular area on a certain day of the week. If you cannot accept delivery on the days offered we can arrange another day for an extra charge. The delivery team is a single man delivery, and while this is ok for the vast majority of deliveries it is not ok for some. If you believe a one man delivery will not be enough we can arrange a two man delivery. This will incur an extra charge.

 

Please let us know if you feel there is a difficult access or there is no-one to help with the furniture. All deliveries must be signed for, or they will be returned to our distribution depot. If that happens, someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. You may incur an additional extra delivery charge. Please feel free to organise a collection from us. We will assist however we can in having your furniture collected. Most deliveries are within around 10 days of us sending them out, but please allow up to 21 days. Please be a little bit patient as our furniture is very high quality and as such we try to deliver it that way. The delivery is to within your property, however on most occasions with a little help the furniture will be taken to the room of your choice, but this is up to the discretion of the driver. Companies that deliver within 48hrs are not suitable for our furniture.

 

If our furniture is out of stock or a made to order piece it may take around 12-16 weeks to have made. We will receive notification that the furniture is due to arrive around 3 weeks before the due date, and will notify you at this point. We will not contact you before this as we do not receive any further information until 3 weeks before delivery. If time is important to you please check with us how long your delivery will be.

 

Large pieces of furniture will come partly dissasembled to allow access to your home. It is not possible for the delivery company to assemble the furniture.

 

We can deliver to other parts of Europe. Please contact us to find out if your part of the world is within our delivery area. As a company we have no way at the moment of delivery outside Europe. If you have a method of delivery from the UK to your home please let us know and we can organise delivery to any company within the UK.

 

Deliveries to mainland Britain are £65 (some areas of NW scotland may incur a surcharge). Please call for other prices
