When you buy your furniture, we will give you an estimated delivery date. Our deliveryteam will contact you again nearer the time to arrange a convenient day and time.
For a nominal charge, our expert Premier Delivery Team may carefully install your new furniture in your home, exactly where you want it (subject to access). They will remove all wrappings and packaging and dispose of them for you.
Our Premier Delivery Team usually deliver any day from Monday to Friday and will offer you, where possible, an AM or PM delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for, or they will be returned to our distribution depot. If that happens, someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. You may incur an additional extra delivery charge.
Most deliveries are in around 10 days but please allow 21 days
we can deliver to parts of Europe please contact us to find out if your part of the world is within our delivery area.
As a company we have no way at the moment of delivery outside europe if you have a method of delivery from the Uk to your home please let us know and we can organise delivery to any company within the UK
