When you buy your furniture, we will give you an estimated delivery date. Our delivery team will contact you again nearer the time to arrange a convenient day and time. As some of our furniture is made to order please contact us to check delivery times.
Our Premier Delivery Team usually deliver any day from Monday to Friday and will offer you, where possible, an AM or PM delivery. All deliveries must be signed for, or they will be returned to our distribution depot. If that happens, someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. You may incur an additional extra delivery charge.
Most deliveries are in around 10 days but please allow 21 days. Please be a little bit patient as our furniture is a very high quality and as such we try to deliver it that way. Our freight service operate a single man delivery and this is suitable for the vast majority of deliveries. The delivery is to within your property however on most occasions with a little help the furniture will be taken to the room of your choice but this is upto the discression of the driver. If you require more than this it can be arranged for an extra fee. Companies that deliver within 48hrs are not suitable for our furniture.
If our furniture is out of stock or a made to order piece it may take 10-16 weeks to have made. We will receive notification that the furniture is due to arrive around 3 weeks before the due date, and will notify you at this point. We will not contact you before this as we do not receive any further information until 3 weeks before delivery. If time is important to you please check with us how long your delivery will be.
Large pieces of furniture will come partly dissasembled to allow access to your home.
We can deliver to parts of Europe. Please contact us to find out if your part of the world is within our delivery area. As a company we have no way at the moment of delivery outside Europe. If you have a method of delivery from the UK to your home please let us know and we can organise delivery to any company within the UK.
